I'm a 38 year old wife, mom, and business owner, living in Nashville, TN. I am lover of God, all things fitness and fashion, and I really enjoy spending time with family and friends. By day, I am an aesthetician and run my own business, Winks and Kisses. When I'm not enhancing the beauty of others, you can find me working out, playing with my 3 year old, loving on my hubby, or at someone's happy hour with my friends.

 I created Winks and Sneaks because I want to create a space that celebrates #BlackGirlMagic. I want women to know that we can do it all! As a woman in my late 30s, I know it's getting harder to juggle everything. So here on W&S, you can expect to get some fitness motivation, tips and tricks to help us navigate through our fitness journeys, share my love of sneaker fashion, and discover fun ways to create memories with our family and friends!
