It's time for the workout of the week! This is a fun one because no one is doing the same exact workout... well other people with the same name as you.
This workout is simple. Do the exercise associated with each letter of your name. If you're feeling spicy and want to kick it up a notch, add your last name or a loved one's name. I hope you enjoy!
