Workout of the Week: Booty BLAST

* no equipment needed, medium to heavy weights optional)

This weeks’ workout is all about the BOOTY! I don’t have one, so I have to work hard to keep the little bit I have. I like a tone and firm ass, so this is the perfect workout to do if you don’t have a lot of time or if you don’t have any weights handy. Hope you enjoy the BURN! It’s a good one!

Booty Blast Workout:

3-5 Sets

(Nonstop)

30x Glute Bridges

25x Squats

20x each Donkey Kicks

15x each Fire Hydrants

10x Jump Squats

10x each Reverse Lunges

15x Squat Pulses

20x each Lateral Lunges

25x Squats

30x Glute Bridges

30sec. Wall Sit
