This weeks’ workout is all about our CORE! I found this gem on Pinterest and tweaked it to make it my own. I encourage you to do the same. It has turned into my “go-to” circuit when I want to show my core some tough love. Try it out and tell me what you think.
Core Love Workout:
3-5 Sets
50 x Flutter Kicks
50 x Mountain Climbers
50 sec. Plank Hold
50 x Glute Bridges
50 x Russian Twists
50 x Straight Leg Crunches
50 x Simple Crunches
50 x Twist Crunches
Cardio Bonus – Finish each set with 100 Jumping Jacks
